always been a very important part of Clare’s work. She is fascinated by architecture local coastal towns such as Staithes, Whitby, and Robin Hoods Bay, which depict a birds eye view of a fishing village, market place, New York Flat Iron Building or Parisian life outside a brightly canopied pavement cafe, from which she strives to create spontaneous lively linework.
